Warranty Applies Only to Purchases From Authorized Dealers
If a South Bend Clutch product is bought anywhere else, we cannot verify its origin, handling, or authenticity, and no warranty coverage applies — even if the part is genuine and the receipt is real.
Amazon is not an authorized South Bend Clutch reseller
Amazon currently sells our products below MAP price and is not an authorized dealer. Either of those voids coverage on its own, so anything bought from Amazon directly carries no warranty. An authorized South Bend Clutch dealer selling on Amazon at MAP price is covered — check the seller name against our dealer locator before you buy, there or anywhere else.

02 — Registration
Register Within 30 Days
Coverage is not active until the product is registered through the Warranty Hub.
- Proof of purchase showing date and price paid
- Vehicle year, make, model and VIN
- Odometer reading at installation
- Installer shop name, address and phone
- South Bend Clutch part number
03 — Claims
Filing a Claim
Submit through the Warranty Hub during the warranty period. Include:
- Certificate number, or the email used at registration
- Current odometer reading
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of pressure plate, disc and flywheel
- Photographs of related components
We may request further information, and reserve the right to examine all parts returned under a claim.

Conditions That Void the Warranty
The limited warranty is not valid where any of the following applies.

05 — Pricing
MAP Pricing Policy
We encourage you to shop around, but we do not allow discounts or price matching below our MAP price, defined as 3% below published retail.
A purchase below MAP price is not eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase must show a qualifying price.
06 — Returns
Returns and RMA
No product is accepted for warranty, repair or replacement without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Bought from a dealer — contact that dealer first to begin the return.
- Bought direct — call 1-800-988-4345.
- Once approved you receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.
